Ever dreamt of a home that was one with nature? Your own cozy nook by the hills, by the beach, in the woods? Your own haven in the countryside? Let’s just say your dreams can now come true. May sound like a cliché, but we assure you nothing about what we’re offering is.
Mini homes. Max living.
Mini Homes are very popular in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Germany, Japan, France and several other countries across the globe. This movement to promote the reduction and simplification of living spaces-commonly referred to as the Tiny House Movement worldwide-is also fast gaining popularity back home as a way to live more sustainably, affordably, and with less clutter.
One of our biggest strengths is that our mini homes are based on modular construction. And Miniz is all about the magic of modular. Our streamlined process starts with customers exploring our range of meticulously crafted models, with Miniz Experts guiding you in choosing the right home layout and design. While many elements of your Miniz Mini Home are pre-built and finished, we believe in adding a touch of personalization within those parameters. Take, for example, our claddings-they come pre-painted, but the power to make your Miniz uniquely yours is in your hands. How? Simply choose from our curated palette of colour shades.
Once you’ve chosen your preferred layout and design, we then ensure efficient construction in modular yet complete sections, allowing for swift on-site delivery and installation. This not only cuts costs significantly but also allows us to monitor quality closely and minimize environmental impact. The beauty of modular also means that you can add to your Miniz Mini Home years later. In other words, you can purchase one Miniz Mini Home initially, and later buy another one and place it next to the first. Or let’s say you want to add a room or tweak a particular layout—expect the best solutions vis-à-vis your unique requirement.
Choose from a variety of add-ons to tailor your Miniz Mini Home to your specific needs. Our list of add-ons includes:

Miniz Mini Homes are modular homes that are built on the basis of a partial 0ff-site construction approach, primarily using Light Gauge Steel (LGS) technology. LGS, also known as Cold Formed Steel, stands out as a highly sustainable material in contemporary construction. Its growing popularity is driven by environmental considerations, cost-effectiveness, and efficiency in building practices.
Apart from LGS, even the other materials used in Miniz Mini Homes are a departure from the ordinary. Each element has been carefully studied and thought through. The end result? A tried and trusted method of crafting spaces that not only defy the conventional but also seamlessly merge creativity and practicality. Here, take a look at what broadly makes a Miniz Mini Home.

Over time, we’ve found that the Miniz community retains a common thread. All our happy customers have, at the least, a sincere love for nature and an infectious zest for life. See what they had to say about finding their true home in Miniz.
My wife and I had gotten ourselves a plot by the beach. 8 years had passed and we still couldn’t figure what to do with it. Guess what? Miniz was the answer. Couldn’t be happier with our decision. Even her cousin from the States was wowed by the look, finish and ambience. Said it took her back to her time in Coconut Grove, Miami, Florida.

Thanks to Miniz, I went from a laptop and a pair of headphones during my time off to adding a proper mini studio at the back of the house. A hit, whichever way you look at it!
NEUROSURGEON / MUSIC PRODUCER
We needed to build a house on a slope. There was no motorable road in sight, all of which naturally got us stuck for quite a bit. And then Miniz happened. That too, in double-quick time, and without breaking the bank. Miniz Mini Homes. I rest my case.

LGSF is a construction technology that utilizes cold-rolled formed steel as the primary construction material. Light Gauge Steel is typically crafted from galvanized or galvalume steel, coated with a layer of zinc and aluminum (in the case of galvalume) to protect it from corrosion.
The commonly used sections come in widths of 89mm & 150mm. We prefer the 89mm sections, which are further clad internally and externally with different material such as Cement Fibre Boards (CFB), Oriental Strand Boards (OSB), Waterproofing Membrane or Housewrap, Wood, Lap Sidings, etc. There are various options available, allowing users to choose based on their preferences.
